After having completed her Master in Digital Marketing at IE School of Human Sciences and Technology in 2013, she founded her company dedicated to consulting and helping companies find business-oriented solutions for engaged and high-performing workplaces. 

Currently wewent.com is organizing The Future of Work Unconference SHAKE UP THE WORKPLACE!, which will be happening on March, 9 2020 at Kunsthaus in Zurich.
