September 29 and October 1, IE Business School Professor, Juan Carlos Pastor PhD, delivered master classes on Transformational Leadership for tomorrow’s business leaders in Moscow and Kyiv.
During the master classes Juan Carlos explained the main purpose of transformational leadership, the relationships between transformational leaders and their followers; elements of transformational leadership process. Best practices and examples of exceptional leaders were discussed and finally how to become a transformational leader for your followers since transformational leadership always pays off in the long term.
As always a number of master classes were delivered to students of the best Universities in Russia and Ukraine, to high professionals and top managers. In Kyiv Microsoft Ukraine Company hosted the event. Since Microsoft is the leading world company so the guys really know a lot about leadership and they created an interesting discussion on leadership after the master class, sharing their opinions and ideas.
IE Alumni joined the events in both cities; they were open for discussions and questions from people interested in IE.
