At the end of April IE Russian Office had a privilege of hosting one of the top professors of IE Julio Urgel. During the trip Julio gave master classes in two largest cities of Russia to the audience of over 100 people, visited Higher School of Economics in Moscow, the Graduate School of Management in St. Petersburg, met with Executive MBAs during the Executive Dinner and visited few companies, in particular Sberbank.
Yet, the highlight of the trip for sure at least for MBA candidates has been the One Day as an MBA event. During one day participants had a unique opportunity to attend the workshop Enlarging the Pie of the Art of Successful Negotiations and a master class I want to Buy Your Company. Modern trends in company valuation. Between the two events IE Alumni shared their success stories and IE experience during a talk show panel.
¨Organising an event during the whole day on Saturday we wanted to give those people interested in MBA and in particular in IE an opportunity to feel what an MBA experience is. With over 100 people joining we can say that One Day as an MBA is an experience to repeat!¨ – said Tetyana Kretova, IE Country Director in Russia and Ukraine.
