On November 25th, we shared a lovely evening in Munich with our IE professor Balvinder Singh Powar who gave us, current students, future candidates and also alumni a very interesting talk on “A Leadership Journey: From Moon Landing to Sub Orbital Commercial Space”.
During the session, Balvinder discussed his experience in the commercial space industry and the entrepreneurial challenges of setting up a business in an unproven and innovative industry. We also examined conflict resolution, leadership, mediation skills for leaders and how we can inspire each other to take responsibility and dream big.
We also had a great time after the Masterclass session and enjoyed engaging with the attendees. With nice drinks and lively conversations, what more did we need?
It was fantastic to host such a great night with Professor Powar and our attendees, and we are looking forward to the next Masterclass event already!
