We expanded our tapas bar search to Zurich and ended up with 20 alumni and
Vani Nadarajah, the Associate Director of Admissions for the Executive programs, in D-Vino. Surrounded by wine and delicious treats we made new friends and caught up with old friends. We are always impressed by IE’s alumni; they are an enthusiastic bunch, always up for a chat and a laugh.
With Vani at the event, prospective candidates had the opportunity to ask about the Global Executive MBA and the IE Brown Executive MBA specifically. A lot of the questions were focused on the Global Executive MBA; the amazing networking opportunities, the travel destinations, the focus on sustainable development and of course the flexibility of the program – if busy executives couldn’t fit the program into their schedules it wouldn’t be anywhere near as popular!
All in all, everyone had a great time and we got to add yet another fantastic tapas bar to our rotation.

Andra has been working in business development within the education sector for the past 5 years, covering first the CEE markets and currently managing the Nordics in terms of recruiting candidates for IE. She also has experience in the healthcare industry, after 2 years dedicated to a cross-departmental assignment at Air Liquide Spain. After graduating as a Valedictorian the Bachelor Degree in Management at the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, where she originally is from, she took on an international experience in Madrid. This city has been home to her for the past 9 years and this is where she graduated from her Master in International Business, at Carlos III University. Andra is passionate about skiing, reading and traveling, with a curiosity for new cultures and understanding human behaviors.
