On the 18th January, and for the 4th year in a row, 30 young Masters students from Nova University in Portugal, ranked 29th in Europe by the FT recently, visited our Madrid Campus.
They had a chance to participate in a workshop conducted by Ellen Hamilton focused on the underlying cognitive, social, and emotional components of our ‘mindware’ that are driving the idiosyncrasies that we see in consumer behavior. Professor Hamilton is an associate professor at IE University where she teaches psychology courses on the topics of cognition, emotion, social cognition, human development, and research methods. The session were followed by a networking coffee with our current students from Portugal and a campus tour.
As usual the students loved IE, said the tutor of the group, Daniel Traça. We are pleased that the students enjoyed the session and from our side it was a pleasure to work with such a well-prepared group. It is always good for all of us to learn how other schools work and for us to be pushed to improve.
