CIS Alumni Gathering in Odessa

Written on June 12, 2012 by Irina Polovnieva in Alumni Perspectives, Events, IE Updates, Russia, Ukraine

On the weekend of May 26th and 27th Ukrainian city of Odessa welcomed a group of IE alumni from Russia and Ukraine. The first meeting of such a kind turned out to be a success. A good mixture of 2 sessions in Positive Leadership and Management/Mismanagement styles delivered by IE Professor Lee Newman and Head of Adizes Institute of Ukraine Oleksiy Kapusta, followed by a 2 hour fun city tour, wine tasting and great lunches and dinners in the open air near the Black Sea left an unforgettable  impression on the participants. IE atmosphere and attitude of respect and open mindedness helped everyone connect really well and enjoy the great company. Those who could not attend should really be envious, but they can start packing for the next CIS Alumni gathering in Baku in 2013. This will be fun!
