Katarzyna Dabrowska is the executive assistant in the International Development department for Europe. She joined IE 3 years ago as logistics and databases manager, providing support to members of the international development team worldwide. Katarzyna graduated in Polish Philology & Audiovisual Communication in Poznan, Poland, and she studied at the Complutense University in Madrid with an Erasmus scholarship. She also holds an MBA in Cultural Management from the University in Salamanca and Santillana Foundation. Her interests are project management and fundraising, and she has broadened her studies in these fields with IE’s Open Executive Programs.
