The first IE Finance Day will be held on September 22nd at IE Campus Madrid. The event is open to all prospective candidates of Masters in Finance programs (Master in Finance, Master in Advanced Finance, Global Master in Finance, Executive Master in Finance Bi-weekly and Executive Máster en Dirección Financiera), current finance students, finance alumni and members of the IE Finance Club. This event will be a great opportunity for prospective students to get to know IE students through the participation of a Master Class offered by our Academic Director, and to have a chance to participate in a discussion with our distinguished guest D. Luis Isasi, President of Morgan Stanley Spain and Vice President of Morgan Stanley Europe

Title “Achieving Success through Networking and Social Capital” will be lead by the recognized Steven D´Souza.

This session will be lead by Steven D´Souza who is an Executive Fellow and member of the Corporate Learning Group, IE Business School. He was formerla Vice President in Global Wealth Management (Private Banking) of Merril Lynch responsible for managing Diversity and Inclusion across the EMEA region.

In 2005 a book Steven co-authored called ´Made in Britain` about positive role models was published by Pearson (Prentice Hall). It was personally presented to HRH Prince Charles at Clarence House. In 2008 Steven published his second book ´Brilliant Networking`, Pearson (Prentice Hall), ahich reached the no. 1 business book on Amazon and was featured nationally in the Independent newspaper´s ´Success at Work` series and recommended by the Telegraph and the Times.

Steven is a leader in his field and his classes promote the entrepreneurial spirit that is a defining aspect of life at IE.
