IE professor Lee Newman talked about psychological aspects of consumer behavior during the 4th Marketing Directors Forum in Kiev. His Master Class, titled “Predictably Biased and We Don’t Even Know It,” showed how marketers can effectively use psychology to influence purchasing decisions

The 2 day event gathered 300 middle and top marketing managers from Ukraine who attended best practice presentations and participated in workshops aimed at improving their managerial skills.

Participants highly appreciated Lee’s master class and the IE professor was voted among top 3 speakers of the Forum.
